The client wants the latest quote, the crew want their call times, and the venue plan is in someone's inbox. Buying each of them a login is out of the question. A link that opens their part of the job, and nothing else, is all they need.

    The client sees the issued quote, its earlier versions, the terms and the deposit, then signs with a finger or a mouse, or asks for changes.

    Clients upload PDFs and images for the event and post ideas for your team. Every file is virus-scanned and waits until your team releases it.

    Crew on their phones

    Shifts, invitations, timesheets, run sheets, site access, packing and returns, from one personal link.

    Sub-hire partners

    Another hire company browses the categories you share, files a rental request with its own PO number, and follows it from submitted to returned.

    A client link covers one job, lasts 90 days and can be revoked. Links are stored hashed, so nobody can read one back out of the database.

Lend to other hire companies.

Choose which categories each partner sees, and whether they see your day rates. Partners ask questions, request items you do not list, and can withdraw a request while it is still with you.

Partners who run Cue-RMS themselves can connect to you from their own purchase orders screen. The event workspace and the partner portal are on the Standard and Pro plans.

Questions.

Do clients need an account?
No. The link is the sign-in. It opens one job and nothing else, and you can revoke it at any time.
Do portal users cost anything?
No. Client, crew and partner links are free and unlimited. Only staff logins count as seats. The event workspace and the partner portal come with the Standard and Pro plans.
What can clients upload?
PDFs, images, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and videos up to 100 MB each, 20 files per event, or a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer link. Each file is virus-scanned and held until your team releases it.
Can a client pay from the quote?
No. The deposit is stated on the quote and on the client's page, and payment happens outside the portal.
